We have a company-wide initiative to continually improve the quality of care for our members. Each client has a Quality Improvement Committee, which meets regularly with the support of Physician DataTrust staff to review and address any patient complaints or adverse outcomes. We collaborate with physicians to regularly review our policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and health plan requirements. Our staff participates yearly in all industry-wide Quality Improvement programs, such as regular site and medical records audits and provider surveys. One of our biggest tools is the California Cooperative Healthcare Reporting Initiative’s Patient Assessment Survey (CCHRI.) This member survey reports provider satisfaction. Once received, responses are compiled and feedback is provided to our clients. Committee evaluation, group audits, and patient feedback expose areas currently performing well and those that need improvement.
