The California state-wide Pay for Performance program set standards for quality performance measures. Physicians DataTrust has a dedicated committee which works in conjunction with physicians to meet these health plan performance standards in preventive care and utilization management. We focus on provider education, proper CPT coding, and meeting encounter data submission thresholds. Our data management suite, Ascender, collects, computes, reports, and helps manage the clinical measurements for pay for performance. Throughout the year, we monitor our performance standing and identify non-compliant patients. Yearly, we collaborate with an NCQA-licensed audit firm, Healthy People, which assist our organization in optimizing our P4P measure reporting. Physicians DataTrust works proactively to provide consistent P4P feedback and outreach, in order to support preventive patient care and increase bonuses to our clients.
