This full time position is based in an Internal Medicine primary care setting in Los Angeles. The primary responsibilities include caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required.
The IPA Manager is responsible for supporting all departments of the IPA management team including utilization review, claims, contracting, clinical initiatives, risk adjustment, and provider relations at our Vista office location. This position requires a valid driver's license and the means and ability to travel between Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties.
Clinical Services Liaison-
The Clinical Services Liaison will actively participate in the patient referral process to insure quality and professional service to our referring physicians and members out of our Vista office location.
Clinical Services Nurse-
The Clinical Services Nurse will actively participate in the discharge planning process and provide exceptional care for members who require case management. Current LVN license in the state of California required.
Inpatient Clinical Services Nurse-
The Inpatient Clinical Services Nurse is a full-time LVN or RN position based in West Covina. This position actively participates in the inpatient assessment, management, and discharge planning process and provides input on members who require case management following discharge.
As a Pharmacist for Physicians DataTrust, this position will establish and maintain strong working relationships with IPA providers to promote quality, efficient, humane, timely, and cost-effective care and services to IPA patients as it pertains to medication treatment. Current California pharmacist license without restrictions and in good standing with the California State Board of Pharmacy required.
Quality Initiatives Specialist-
The Quality Initiatives Specialist will provide support to the Director of Operations, Risk Adjustment Manager, Director of Clinical Services, and Administrators for Clinical Initiatives to improve patient outcomes and group quality measures in Risk Adjustment, CMS 5 Star, and Pay for Performance programs.
Provider Relations Specialist-
The Provider Relations Specialist is responsible for being the liaison between the physician network, the IPA, and the contracted HMOs by building relationships with the PCP network, strategizing efforts, and supporting and implementing the overall marketing plan set for the IPA. This position requires a valid driver's license and the means and ability to travel between Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties.
Claims Customer Service Representative-
The Claims Customer Service Representative is a part-time of full-time position responsible for providing a high level of customer service to IPA clients including members, providers, third party provider representatives, and health plans.
The Claims Specialist is responsible for processing medical claims, answering customer service inquiries and assisting with health plan audit preparation for the company's IPA clients.
