The Liaison will actively participate in the patient referral process to insure quality and professional service to our referring physicians and members. Requires at least 1 year of experience in Medi-Cal managed care authorization processes and excellent customer services skills. The Clinical Services team supports the health care services for all of our IPA clients. The RN Clinical Services Nurse will actively participate in the discharge planning process and provide exceptional care for members who require case management. Requires current RN license in the state of California, successful completion of a nursing program as is generally acquired by 2-3 years or greater of experience as a case manager in a Managed Care environment, and prior Case Management experience preferably with catastrophic cases.
